Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, collaborative Customer Systems Support Officer to support the day‑to‑day operation, adoption and continuous improvement of BCNA’s customer systems, with a strong focus on Salesforce. Working closely with the Customer Systems Specialist, you will provide hands‑on system support, assist users, develop clear documentation and help deliver training across the organisation.
Based in Camberwell, this ongoing part‑time role (0.8 FTE) offers hybrid working (3 days office/2 days home), a supportive and collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to progress to a full‑time role over time.
What You’ll Do
Support and enhance Salesforce to ensure reliable, effective customer systems.
Provide hands‑on user support and deliver training to drive confident system adoption.
Develop clear documentation and resources to support consistent best‑practice use.
Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into practical system improvements.
Maintain data quality and system integrity across users, permissions and processes.
Desired Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring
Strong Salesforce administration experience, including configuration, reporting and user support.
Confidence supporting and training users in a CRM environment.
Ability to convert business needs into practical system solutions.
Clear documentation skills, with experience creating user guides and SOPs.
High attention to data quality, user management and system integrity.
